We want you to love your purchase, but since we work with a print-on-demand partner (Printful) to fulfill all our orders, please review our return policy carefully.
📦 Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coolcitywear@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to any applicable exceptions under EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request using our Withdrawal Request form or contact us at coolcitywear@gmail.com with:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
After receiving your request, we will send you confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay.
If your withdrawal request is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding the return of the goods and any applicable refund.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
As our products are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country, including applicable rights available to consumers in the European Union.
Please double-check your size and product details before completing your order.
🕒 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as they begin processing immediately after submission.
🚚 Wrong Address
If you enter an incorrect address and the shipment is returned to Printful, you will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming your updated address.
🌍 Lost Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive within 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), contact us at coolcitywear@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
