We want you to love your purchase, but since we work with a print-on-demand partner (Printful) to fulfill all our orders, please review our return policy carefully.


📦 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coolcitywear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check your size and product details before completing your order.


🕒 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as they begin processing immediately after submission.


🚚 Wrong Address

If you enter an incorrect address and the shipment is returned to Printful, you will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming your updated address.


🌍 Lost Packages

If your package doesn’t arrive within 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), contact us at coolcitywear@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
